Content policy

1. Messaging and security

Hosting must not be used for spam, including bulk advertising, commercial offers or other unsolicited messages sent without recipients' consent. Every plan has a limit of 100 emails per hour. Exceeding it blocks outgoing messages and triggers a spam review.

Phishing, unlawful collection of passwords, payment details or other private information, and hosting viruses or other malicious software are prohibited. Users must not disrupt DSNWEB's networks or servers, or those of any third party.

2. Violence, hatred and threats

Shocking, sensational or offensive depictions of graphic violence or cruelty are not permitted. News, documentary, scientific and artistic material may qualify for an exception when its purpose is clear from the context and explanation. Incitement to violence remains prohibited.

Content must not promote hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity or other characteristics associated with discrimination and marginalised groups.

Terrorist organisations may not use the hosting service for any purpose, including recruitment. Terrorist propaganda, glorification and incitement are prohibited. Educational, documentary, scientific or artistic coverage must explain its purpose.

Bullying, intimidation, threats, sexual harassment and encouragement of harassment or physical attacks are prohibited. An immediate threat to life or health may be reported to law enforcement as an emergency. Online threats are subject to legal responsibility too.

3. Sexual material and child protection

Erotic and pornographic images and videos are not permitted. Adult topics may be discussed without such imagery and without material concerning sexual acts involving children or animals. Commercial pornographic content and directing visitors to it are prohibited.

Natural nudity may be shown for educational, scientific or artistic purposes, for example in material about breastfeeding.

Creating, storing or distributing depictions of child abuse, obscene or sexualised representations of children, including drawings, is strictly prohibited. This includes children's photo galleries accompanied by sexual comments.

4. Privacy, lawful use and copyright

Do not publish another person's private or confidential information, including bank card numbers, medical information, insurance details or driving documents. For this policy, information already publicly available online is not classified as private; this does not waive applicable personal-data protection requirements.

Hosting may not be used for illegal activities. Advertising or selling illegal drugs is prohibited.

Publish only material you have the necessary rights to use. Links to downloads that infringe copyright are also prohibited. Substantiated infringement reports will be reviewed.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations to sales@dsnweb.eu or +49 211 38788280, identifying the page and the issue.

The content owner is given up to 24 hours to remove unlawful material. Failure to comply results in refusal of hosting. An obvious serious breach of these rules or Estonian law may lead to immediate suspension pending investigation.

When service is refused for a rules violation, access to retrieve a backup is provided for 72 hours.
