Hosting purchase, use and refunds
1. Included services
The customer receives an account with a unique username and password for publishing data. Website storage capacity is determined by the selected, paid hosting plan.
Services include primary and secondary DNS support for domains, email addresses within the plan's shared storage allowance, and the programs and features included in that plan. Email and ticket support assist with connecting the service and configuring the supplied software.
2. Term, payments and prices
DSNWEB supplies the ordered scope of services, and the customer pays within the agreed deadlines. The service period is selected at purchase and stated in the invoice emailed after the order. The paid term begins when the service is activated.
Payment is provided for by bank transfer or card. Online Visa and Mastercard payments use 3D Secure. Payment is complete when funds reach the provider's account, after which service is activated.
The provider may revise prices at any time. Price increases or reductions do not alter already concluded contracts.
The customer's balance is reset to zero 60 days after an order is blocked, provided the account has no other active orders or orders that were blocked more than 30 days earlier.
3. Service quality and support
The provider ensures the services listed in section 1 throughout the paid term. It is not responsible for communication links outside its own network.
Email and ticket support cover the supplied service and configuration of the software included with it. Generally accepted technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect confidentiality.
4. Ending service and refunds
The agreement takes effect on activation. A customer cancelling without a breach by the provider must give written notice within 14 days of service commencement. The unused account balance is then refunded.
If services are not supplied in full, the customer may notify the provider by email at any time during the contract. The provider reviews the request within 2 working days and restores missing services where required. If full delivery is impossible, the cost of unused services is credited to the customer's account within 15 working days.
If the provider cannot continue supplying services, it notifies the customer by email and refunds the unused balance within 15 working days.
A customer's breach of the agreement or hosting rules may result in termination without a refund.
5. Hosting usage rules
